What They're Saying: Twitter Reaction to the Raiders Day 2 Picks

On Day 1 of the 2016 NFL Draft, Raiders General Manager Reggie McKenzie continued his overhaul of the team's secondary with the first-round selection of safety Karl Joseph from West Virginia. On Day 2, McKenzie once again worked to beef up the roster on the defensive side of the ball, but this time the front seven was the focus. Two new bodies were added in defensive ends Jihad Ward and Shilique Calhoun, two athletic playmakers from Illinois and Michigan State, respectively.

Naturally, the media took notice of the team's determined efforts to improve the defense early in the Draft. Here are some of the social media reactions to the Day Two selections:
