Raiders place DT Christian Wilkins on Injured Reserve

The Las Vegas Raiders on Wednesday placed DT Christian Wilkins on the Reserve/Injured List.

Wilkins signed with the Raiders as a free agent this offseason after spending the last five seasons (2019-23) with the Dolphins, who initially drafted him in the first round (13th overall) of the 2019 NFL Draft. He has appeared in 86 career games (82 starts), totaling 372 tackles (215 solo), 22.5 sacks, 45 tackles for loss, one interception, 19 passes defensed, four forced fumbles and six fumble recoveries.

Additionally, the team signed NT Marquan McCall to the practice squad.

Chaisson joins the Raiders after spending the past four seasons with the Jacksonville Jaguars, while Kelly was originally a fifth-round draft pick (157th overall) by the Baltimore Ravens in the 2023 NFL Draft.

Additionally, the team activated CB Sam Webb from the practice squad.

Holmes originally entered the NFL as a fourth-round draft pick (110th overall) with the New York Giants in 2020.
