The Las Vegas Raiders make their first defensive pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, selecting cornerback Darien Porter from Iowa State at No. 68.
Porter started his collegiate career as a wide receiver before transitioning to the secondary heading into his redshirt junior season. In his three seasons as a full-time cornerback, he appeared in 36 games – recording six career pass deflections and three interceptions his senior season in 2024.
At the NFL Combine, he recorded the fastest times among all cornerbacks in the 10-yard split, 3-cone drill and 20-yard shuttle. His 4.3 40-yard dash time was also the third fastest of any player in attendance.
With the 68th overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, the Las Vegas Raiders have selected Iowa State cornerback Darien Porter.
