Raiders sign LB Blake Lynch to practice squad

HENDERSON, Nev. – The Las Vegas Raiders signed LB Blake Lynch to the practice squad, the club announced Wednesday.

Lynch originally entered the league in 2020 as an undrafted free agent with Minnesota. He has appeared in 28 games with seven starts for the Vikings and Los Angeles Chargers and has totaled 41 tackles (26 solo), two sacks, one interception, three passes defensed, one tackle for loss, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery. Lynch has also spent time with the Arizona Cardinals and Seattle Seahawks.

A native of Gilmer, Texas, Lynch played four seasons at Baylor and made 32 starts at five different positions (corner, linebacker, safety, wide receiver, running back). He finished his college career with 134 tackles (89 solo), 13.5 tackles for loss, six sacks, three interceptions, 12 passes defensed, one forced fumble and two fumble recoveries.
