ALAMEDA, Calif. – The Oakland Raiders have signed fourth-round draft pick TE Foster Moreau, the club announced Thursday.

Moreau was selected with the 137th overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft by the Raiders. At 6-foot-4, 253 pounds, the tight end played four years at LSU from 2015-18, appearing in 49 games with 32 starts, and compiling 52 receptions for 629 yards and adding six touchdown receptions. He left the Tigers starting in the final 26 contests of his career and ranking seventh in school history for most receptions by a tight end, while his career receiving scores ranked fourth.

A native of New Orleans, La., Moreau was named a permanent team captain during his senior campaign in 2018. He started in all 13 contests and tallied 22 receptions for 272 yards while tacking on two touchdown receptions.
