Laulu, a 6-5, 292-pound defensive tackle, was originally selected by the Colts in the seventh round (234th overall) of the 2024 NFL Draft before being waived at final roster cutdowns.

Laulu spent four seasons at the University of Hawai'i (2018-21) before transferring to Oklahoma University where he played his final two seasons (2022-23). He appeared in 66 games (24 starts) over his college career and racked up 102 total tackles (52 solo), 27.5 tackles for loss, 10.5 sacks, one interception, three passes defensed, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery.

A Las Vegas native, Laulu attended Centennial High School where he played on both sides of the ball and earned all-conference honors as a senior.

Harper, a 5-10, 195-pound cornerback, initially entered the league as an undrafted free agent with the Chargers before being waived at final roster cutdowns.

Harper played four seasons at Oklahoma State University (2019-22) before transferring to Notre Dame for his final collegiate season. In 2023 as a member of the Fighting Irish, Harper played in 11 games (10 starts) and recorded 39 tackles (25 solo), six tackles for loss, 2.0 sacks, three passes defensed, one quarterback hit and a forced fumble.

The Knoxville, Tenn. native played at safety and corner during his time at Notre Dame and earned the nation's sixth-best tackling grade (88.9) among cornerbacks in 2023, per Pro Football Focus.

In a corresponding transaction, the Raiders waived DT Byron Young and CB M.J. Devonshire, and placed CB Brandon Facyson on the Reserve/Injured list.
