Last night, Raiders owner Mark Davis announced some big news for the team in front of 100 former players in Napa Valley – General Manager Reggie McKenzie is getting a four-year contract extension with the team.

Over the past few seasons, McKenzie has successfully turned over the roster in both the Draft and free agency and has assembled what appears to be a tremendous foundation for the future. After last night's announcement, much praise was sent in McKenzie's direction on social media – here are some of the best reactions:
