The Oakland Raiders, in partnership with Girls Inc., and the Biletnikoff Foundation, hosted a Youth Empowerment Summit at the team's Alameda, Calif., facility Wednesday.
The Youth Empowerment Summit offered the opportunity for over 100 girls and young women to attend the inaugural event. In partnership with Girls Inc. of Alameda County and the Biletnikoff Foundation, participants heard from leading female executives about their roles at the Raiders' organization.
Throughout the day, participants were empowered by these role models and learned confidence-building skills and the importance of education, fitness and more.
