Each week leading up to the NFL Draft, Raiders.com will compile the latest mock drafts from top analysts and take a look at who they're predicting the Silver and Black will select with the No. 6 overall pick.
Take a look at the final predictions now that it's draft week.
Pick: Armand Membou, OT, Missouri
Analysis: "Las Vegas would've loved to take Ashton Jeanty here, but he goes one pick earlier. The Raiders need to continue building their offensive line anyway, which they can do here with the selection of Membou. Membou has ideal size at 6-foot-4 and 332 pounds, with athleticism for days."
Date: April 22
Pick: Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State
Analysis: "The Raiders finished dead last in the league in yards per carry last season. If there is one thing new head coach Pete Carroll and minority owner Tom Brady will agree on, it's the importance of running the ball. Building through the trenches may be wiser, but Jeanty is simply too tempting for the Raiders not to take here."
Date: April 22
Pick: Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State
Analysis: "I'd rather Jeanty land behind a better offensive line than that of the Raiders — and also think Las Vegas would be better off drafting an offensive lineman or a wide receiver here. It's obvious why they would like Jeanty, though, with the Boise State standout setting a PFF record with 152 missed tackles forced in 2024."
Date: April 22
Pick: Maxwell Hairston, CB, Kentucky
Analysis: "They have a room in need of an upgrade, and I think Hairston will be the best of the corner group. He is tough, can run and is athletic. Don't overthink it."
Date: April 22
Pick: Mason Graham, DT, Michigan
Analysis: "With Ashton Jeanty off the board, the Raiders add another piece to a pretty strong defensive line. Las Vegas must continue to fortify that front in order to compete in the AFC West."
Date: April 21
Pick: Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State
Analysis: "This pairing just makes way too much sense, as new GM John Spytek and coach Pete Carroll are searching for an instant difference-maker on offense. Jeanty's 2,601 rushing yards in 2024 were the second most in FBS history. His yards after contact (1,970) were more than any FBS running back had in total rushing yards. And he averaged 7.0 yards per carry in 2024, nearly double the Raiders' NFL-low 3.6. Jeanty's exceptional contact balance, vision and ability to create explosive plays would transform Las Vegas' offense."
Date: April 21
Pick: Armand Membou, OT, Missouri
Analysis: "Could they still go running back – much of HC Pete Carroll's success in Seattle came courtesy of bruising Marshawn Lynch – with Jeanty gone here? Certainly, given there doesn't appear to be a precipitous drop-off to UNC's Omarion Hampton. But the cold truth is that this roster has numerous needs, no matter how quickly Carroll, rookie GM John Spytek and minority owner Tom Brady might covet a quick turnaround – and let's not forget the gap that has formed between the Silver and Black and the remainder of the AFC West. Membou (6-4, 332) could slot into his familiar right tackle post, providing a nice bookend to LT Kolton Miller, and solve one position for the next decade – while putting this squad in a better position to run the ball regardless of who's carrying it."
Date: April 21

Pick: Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona
Analysis: "The Raiders need juice in an offense that ranked near last in explosive plays last season. McMillan offers All-Pro potential with a 6-foot-5 frame. He racked up 92 career plays of 15-plus yards with 43 missed tackles. He also recorded 90.0-plus PFF receiving grades at each level of the field and dominated man coverage in 2024 (89.1)."
Date: April 21
Pick: Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State
Analysis: "This defense needs to be upgraded but I'm not passing on a talent like Jeanty here, in part because for me he's in the same conversation as Bijan Robinson and Jahmyr Gibbs, and also because the Raiders run game desperately needs to be upgraded too."
Date: April 21
Pick: Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State
Analysis: "Jeanty is an amazing player and could be the engine of a properly built offense, but while I'm predicting that this is the pick Pete Carroll, John Spytek, and Tom Brady will make, this isn't the direction I'd go in if the pick were up to me because this is a roster with lots of holes. The Raiders have an above-average offensive line, but there's still a need at right tackle. The receiving corps needs a lot of work, even if you believe tight end Brock Bowers is a star. If there's an option to trade out of the top 10 and accumulate draft capital, I'd take it and hope to still land Jeanty later in the round."
Date: April 21
Pick: Mason Graham, DT, Michigan
Analysis: "In a division that includes Patrick Mahomes, Justin Herbert and now Bo Nix, I think having a dominant defensive lineman (particularly in the interior) is advantageous. I think Graham's going to be an outstanding player. In my time evaluating college football, Graham has been the most disruptive defensive lineman since Ndamukong Suh."
Date: April 21
Pick: Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado
Analysis: "Sanders to the Raiders makes all kinds of sense. Geno Smith's new deal includes no guaranteed money after the 2026 season, per Over the Cap, potentially giving the team an out. Sanders would continue his relationship with minority owner Tom Brady and learn under Pete Carroll and Chip Kelly, giving the QB a chance to maximize his potential."
Date: April 18
Pick: Armand Membou, OL, Missouri
Analysis: "I will die on this hill. What good is drafting Ashton Jeanty if your offensive line cannot block for him? Unless the Raiders are in love with their right tackle options, it makes too much sense to draft Membou and grab a second-round running back."
Date: April 18
Pick: Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State
Analysis: "The Raiders averaged an NFL-low 79.8 rushing yards per game in 2024. It was the lowest rushing average by a team in a single season since 2022. Pete Carroll's teams in Seattle routinely had stout rushing attacks. Jeanty and Brock Bowers are foundation pieces on offense."
Date: April 18
Pick: Will Campbell, OT, LSU
Analysis: "Ashton Jeanty is a popular pick here, but this RB class is extremely deep, and the Raiders could use help at tackle. Kolton Miller is an excellent option on the left side, but Campbell would be a massive upgrade at right tackle. The Raiders can then use their second-round pick on an RB."
Date: April 18
Pick: Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State
Analysis: "Many were quick to associate Ashton Jeanty with Las Vegas after the Raiders acquired Geno Smith. The Raiders are clearly trying to position themselves to compete in the next few years and they need more explosiveness on offense. It may be too rich to take a wide receiver here, so a way to address need without steering wide of value is to take Jeanty."
Date: April 18
Pick: Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado
Analysis: "Let's remember that Pete Carroll has doubled down on the quarterback position before, signing veteran Matt Flynn in Seattle before drafting Russell Wilson, who ultimately won the job as a rookie. So just because the Raiders traded for Geno Smith this offseason, it's not unthinkable for them to draft Sanders, who has a relationship with Las Vegas limited partner Tom Brady and wouldn't have to play immediately with Geno in tow."
Date: April 17
Pick: Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State
Analysis: "Is he worthy of this pick? He's the best running back in this draft. Geno Smith is very good on play action. Pete Carroll's career — he was great when he had Reggie Bush and LenDale White in college and Marshawn Lynch in Seattle. They had the worst rushing attack in the NFL last season."
Date: April 17
Pick: Mason Graham, DT, Michigan
Analysis: "Newly hired general manager John Spytek prioritizes pass rush over everything else on defense. Graham doesn't have ideal length and isn't on the same level as a Quinnen Williams-type prospect, but he deconstructs blocks consistently and becomes a problem for offenses. Spytek and his boss, Tom Brady, being Michigan alums doesn't hurt, either."
