2024 Raiders Position Review: Offensive Line

Players on Reserve/Future

The Silver and Black shuffled through various offensive line combinations over the course of the 2024 season, with multiple players stepping up when needed due to injuries.

The season started off with Andre James, Cody Whitehair and Dylan Parham starting in the interior line. However, all three would end up missing time throughout the year. This afforded Jordan Meredith and rookie Jackson Powers-Johnson to fortify their roles upfront, evolving into major contributors during the late stretch. James allowed the lowest quarterback pressure percentage (min. 100 pass blocking snaps) of all linemen on the team, according to NFL Next Gen Stats. Meredith, who started a career-high eight games, had the second-lowest behind James.

Thayer Munford Jr. also began the season starting at right tackle before an injury sidelined him in Week 3. In his absence, rookie DJ Glaze was put to the test and impressed enough to start a total 14 games. Once Munford returned from injury, he served as a jumbo tight end in the offense.

Kolton Miller, the longest tenured Raider on the roster, was the only offensive lineman to start all 17 games for the team in 2024. Veteran Andrus Peat was used on special teams and as a rotational guard throughout the season, appearing in 15 games.

Gottlieb Ayedze, Will Putnam and Dalton Wagner all signed reserve/future contracts this offseason after spending the large majority of the 2024 season on the Raiders practice squad.
